I modified the weapons to have up to 3x more texture space usage =). So here is one of the first monsters walking with the very lowest gun available. There will be 6 x 6 x 6 x 5 x 5 = 900 different weapons available. (since they are put together like legos).
I do not want to give the story behind that guy yet as I am only 5 days into this new game. Pretty amazing that with the tools I have made I can have a whole first 10 levels of rooms done. Along with having 2 in game characters done and a weapons modeling system. I think it will take me 2 more days to flesh out the weapons with the new system. Then it will be time for a bit of a break for a few days. After that I need to get the other tier one bad guys done including bosses (2 main with individual models and animations maybe more). Then I need to get the main character up and running with the new menu graphics… LOTS TO DO.. but this is cake compared to the intense day, night, and weekend 6 month Necro Dev Cycle.
