My neighbors house is for sale! With the low dollar here in Canada you can get a great deal! Just make sure you buy a snowblower, we could also go moose hunting!

The market here is NUTS! Our home is selling about 50% more then it would in a regular market with 6 offers all over asking by quite a bit… Its the constant showings keeping me out of the house and on the move….. now to find the next home.. that is the hard part!

Frisco is super crazy, My house went up at least 100K in value in the last 12 months…..House shortage due to all the new companies moving their headquarters.
