Almost done with upgrade menu alterations

To DO:
( ) Press on research and pull up what that node is researching.
( ) If not researching pull up what would you like to research spells or characters
( ) Press corpser show units available to create.
( ) Show barracks space left when pressing corpser.
( ) When researching or creating the tile shows time left above it.
( ) Research tiles research things faster. Only X per level. They tick research.
( ) gold needs to recharge WAY WAY slower…show when 10% full and max out at a level by capacity
( ) Placing faction tiles must touch each other
( ) Check from all 4 drop zones that they can reach base by digging,or walking, so find faction tile that is closest.
( ) Save default base and start

On load time and date FROM SERVER have to be compared and all time based things update
( ) Gold Drills
( ) Factories
( ) Research

I am going with a system where most all action is done with the tile pieces and not a myrid of windows SOOOO having a bit of fun rewiring things but I should be moving past it soon.

IE the below shots in the process of upgrading a soldier. The menus are not art complete =)..

It’s go time

Update: over the top time. Adding sweet effects on destruction as I go =)… Finally back at it . It feels good.

Once I finish a list I will start a new post with new items until we are ready to start playing =)..

I have setup base camp in the house and now I am going to burn the midnight hours until we ship this long overdue project.

I will keep my current to do list here and update it daily as I work forward.

To do list:
(x) Demon swing effect x3 faster
(x) destroy effect for wall toss wood and cloud.
(x) New sound for destroying wall.
(x) tiles are not starting with the right hit points.
(x) Health tag for hurt tile (place in combat hit)
(x) get rid of food crap… The food gives a boost of some type maybe later…think of way that food could be part
of the game.
(x) When character dies so does their special effect.

I am making the game even more open ended.

I am going to allow players to place most of the props in the game in their levels. Each level allows them to place more props of each type. IE trees,rocks,etc. They also will be able to make the level the way they want and the diversity will be AWESOME. Even the lighting will be customizable. Fog, dust effects etc.

The requirement is from each spawn zone you have to have a valid diggable or patrollable path to your base.
I am also going to force the base to be connected.

Anywho finally getting some work time the last several weeks have been hell trying to save my day job so sorry for the slow down!… I have to feed my family 😉

My new goal is more of a sandbox the player creates for others to explore / defeat! and even in first person!

I am creating the starting camp for everyone. Of course you can change it. However I am placing all the initial props etc. I am still tweaking gameplay and ideas. I am now allowing the player to place their own props and really spruce up their map to be really different. I also want to have the ability to place different lighting styles fog etc. Very easy to do with my systems =).. Soon a 3D world you create and defend =).. no more 2D clones of clone wars… this will be very different and a lot like dungeon keeper but more pick up and play like the IOS players demand. =)… More when I get time =)..

FIXED THE NECRO AUDIO ISSUE

IT TOOK 4 HOURS!!! to find what apple had changed. However now the audio is awesome so I will be posting an update to Necro tomorrow and then bac to cursed realms of which I am back to games again finaly… more later

I am getting back to Cursed Realms and tonight hopefully look at necro for the audio fix. Not sure how long until testing for Cursed Realms but I am making progress and as everyone can tell I am going to release it when its done =) Not when it plays.
